Fifth Third Bancorp Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend on its Series G Preferred Stock10:09 EDT Tuesday, March 12, 2013 CINCINNATI (Business Wire) -- Fifth Third Bancorp announced that on March 12, 2013, the board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 8.50% Non-Cumulative Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock, Series G (Nasdaq: FITBP), at the rate of $531.25 per share, which equates to approximately $2.125 for each depositary share. Each depositary share represents a 1/250th ownership interest in a share of Series G Preferred Stock. The Series G dividend is payable on Monday, April 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of Friday, March 22, 2013.
