(Trinidad) has declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2013 of $0.05 per common share to be paid April 15, 2013 to shareholders of record on March 28, 2013.  The dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian Income Tax purposes.Trinidad is a corporation focused on sustainable growth that trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol TDG.
