InterRent REIT Closes $81 Million Bought Deal Financing08:30 EDT Wednesday, March 20, 2013OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 20, 2013) -NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATESInterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:IIP.UN) ("InterRent") announced today the closing of its previously announced public offering of 12,420,646 trust units from treasury, including the partial exercise of the over-allotment option (the "Offering"), at a price of $6.53 per Unit for gross proceeds of $81,106,818.38 for the Offering.The Offering was made on a bought deal basis pursuant to an underwriting agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Dundee Securities Ltd. and GMP Securities L.P. and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Raymond James Ltd. and M. Partners Inc.
