("Pethealth" or the "Company") (TSX:PTZ) is pleased to announce a new merit award in support of shelter medicine, the PetPoint Solutions Scholarship Award, and the first recipient of this inaugural award, Karyn Carlson.Ms. Carlson, a veterinary student from the Atlantic Veterinary College at the University of Prince Edward Island, Canada, was selected as the recipient of this award for her outstanding academic achievement. Ms. Carlson, who will graduate in May of 2014, will use this scholarship to complement her studies with enrolment in the Maddie's Graduate Certificate in Shelter Medicine at the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Florida.
