News Corporation Statement on Agreement to Settle Delaware Litigation

NEW YORK (Business Wire) -- News Corporation (NASDAQ: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV) today issued the following statement regarding its agreement to settle the pending derivative litigation in Delaware:
