Notice of Medical Facilities Corporation's 2013 First Quarter Financial Results Conference Call

TORONTO, May 1, 2013 /CNW/ - Medical Facilities Corporation (TSX: DR) ("Medical Facilities" or the "Corporation") will release its 2013 first quarter financial results prior to markets opening on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Following the release, Dr. Donald Schellpfeffer, Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Salter, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 9:00 a.m. ET to review the financial results. All interested parties are invited to participate. Please dial 647-427-7450 or 1-888-231-8191 15 minutes prior to the call to secure a line. You will be put on hold until the conference call begins.

A question-and-answer session will follow the conference call, at which time the operator will provide instructions for submitting questions. Medical Facilities' financial statements and Management's Discussion & Analysis for the three-month period ended March 31, 2013 will be filed with SEDAR following the release and will be available via Medical Facilities' website at www.medicalfacilitiescorp.ca.
