Cargojet Declares Quarterly Dividend

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 6, 2013 /CNW/ - The Board of Cargojet Inc. has announced a cash dividend of $0.1491 per share for the period from April 1, 2013 to June 30, 2013.  The dividends will be paid to all shareholders of record as at the close of business on June 20, 2013 and will be payable on or before July 5, 2013.  These dividends will be eligible dividends within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Cargojet is Canada's leading provider of time sensitive overnight air cargo services and operates a network across North America as well as global air charters.
