The list is selected following a comprehensive evaluation of governance and accounting practices of candidate companies having market capitalization over $250 million. The rankings are based on data from GMI Ratings (GMI) that looks at over 60 governance and accounting measures. The list reflects companies that have consistently demonstrated transparent and conservative accounting practices and solid corporate governance and management.
