CORRECTING and REPLACING Republic Airways Reports March 2013 Traffic

INDIANAPOLIS (Business Wire) -- Please replace the release dated April 3, 2013 with the following corrected version due to multiple revisions.

The corrected release reads:

REPUBLIC AIRWAYS REPORTS MARCH 2013 TRAFFIC

Republic Airways Holdings (NASDAQ/NM: RJET), today reported preliminary passenger traffic results for March 2013. The Company generated approximately 1.7 billion revenue passenger miles (RPMs), a decrease of 7% from March 2012, on a 10% reduction in capacity. Block hours were 1% less than the same period in 2012. Consolidated load factor increased to 83% from 80% in March 2012. Republic Airways carried 2.6 million passengers in March, a slight increase from the prior year.
