Old Dominion Freight Line Affirms Expectations for Second-Quarter Tonnage Per Day Growth in Range of 4.5% to 5.0%

THOMASVILLE, N.C. (Business Wire) -- Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (NASDAQ: ODFL) today affirmed its previously discussed expectations for growth in second-quarter 2013 tonnage per day and revenue per hundredweight, excluding fuel surcharges. The Company expects its growth in tonnage per day to be in a range of 4.5% to 5.0% as compared to the second quarter of 2012. In addition, Old Dominion expects an increase in revenue per hundredweight, excluding fuel surcharges, to be in a range of 1.5% to 2.0% as compared to the second quarter of 2012.
