The company's launch of the Web Interactive Reporting Experience (WIRE) demonstrates Insperity's continued commitment to developing innovative technology solutions for its clients that provide visibility and insight to drive business performance.

The WIRE solution for data analysis, available through Insperity's Employee Service CenterSM, provides clients with direct access to human resources data and workforce metrics to compile timely, customized reports in a user-friendly format. Access to the data is determined by client self-service role-based security that protects sensitive information such as payroll data, benefits enrollment information and personal identification information such as Social Security numbers.

Components of the WIRE solution include:

  • Dashboard – A visually appealing, graphical and interactive representation of data and trends that are of interest to executives. For example, overhead costs versus payroll costs, distribution of pay types, turnover analysis, and employee participation in benefits programs such as health care coverage and 401(k) plans.
  • Ad-Hoc Query and Reporting – An intuitive interface that enables analysis of more than 100 employee, payroll and benefits data fields based on criteria defined by the user, such as date ranges, employment status and other dynamic filters. The ad-hoc tool has more than 20 pre-defined templates that correlate with the most common reports used by managers and business owners and can be customized to meet individual needs. In addition, the reports can be saved as a favorite and shared in collaboration with other users.
  • Custom Reports – A repository for custom reports developed by Insperity that are unique to a client's business. These reports can specifically map to a client's general ledger, cost centers, or other needs specific to the client's business.
  • Output Format Options – Users can choose from Excel, PDF or HTML formats.
