Sendero is the first village to be developed on the new ranch community of Rancho Mission Viejo. These incredible single-family homes draw upon architectural styles and amenities steeped in California style. The community includes unique floor plans ranging from 2,310 to 2,625 square feet, with up to 4 bedrooms, up to 2½ baths and 2-car garages. Each home features covered outdoor entertaining areas where homeowners can immerse themselves in the beauty that surrounds Sendero.

At build-out, Sendero is expected to offer a wide range of approximately 940 attached and detached homes (including about 285 primarily single-level homes within the gated 55+ enclave of Gavilan) as well as nearly 290 apartment units. Sendero features a centrally located community hall and two clubhouses, numerous neighborhood parks, the vegetable and fruit gardens of Sendero Farm, and hiking/biking trails designed to provide access from Sendero to portions of The Reserve and a network of County Regional hiking/biking trails. Planned for Sendero is a 15-acre community park, a 10-acre retail plaza, office space, and fire station.

Rancho Mission Viejo, owned by the O'Neill/Avery/Moiso family since 1882, is located just 2.3 miles from downtown San Juan Capistrano and five miles from San Clemente and Doheny State Beach, with easy access provided to employment and retail centers in Ladera Ranch, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita and other Orange County areas.
