DFC Global Corp. Announces Promotion of Norman Miller as President and Chief Operating Officer

BERWYN, Pa. (Business Wire) -- DFC Global Corp. (NASDAQ: DLLR), a leading international diversified financial services company serving primarily unbanked and under-banked consumers for over 30 years, today announced that Norman Miller, the Company's current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately, Mr. Miller is replacing Kenneth Schwenke, who is leaving the Company effective June 30, 2013 to return to Gravitas LLC, a board and executive search firm which he founded in 2007.

Mr. Miller has served as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since 2007. Previously, Mr. Miller was employed by ARAMARK, Inc., a provider of managed services to business, educational, healthcare, governmental, and other institutions, where among other positions, he served as its Group President of Sports & Entertainment. He has also held positions at Nestle, Kraft General Foods and PepsiCo. Mr. Miller is a 1983 graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point.
