Cobalt International Energy, Inc. Announces Timing of Second Quarter 2013 Financial Results and Conference Call

HOUSTON (Business Wire) -- Cobalt International Energy, Inc. (“Cobalt”) (NYSE: CIE) today announced that it will release its second quarter 2013 results before the New York Stock Exchange opens on Tuesday, July 30, 2013. This release will be followed by a conference call for investors at 10:00 a.m. Central Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) to discuss Cobalt's second quarter 2013 results. Hosting the call will be Joseph H. Bryant, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and John P. Wilkirson, Chief Financial Officer.
