DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (Business Wire) -- Colloquy, a division of Kaplan, Inc., the leading global education provider and a subsidiary of The Washington Post Company (NYSE:WPO), today announced a new partnership with Paul Quinn College.

Paul Quinn College is a private, faith-based, four-year liberal arts college and is one of the nation's 106 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Colloquy and Paul Quinn College will partner on developing and launching a 100% online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration completion degree program. This program will align and support the College's mission to focus on servant leadership, entrepreneurship and academic rigor along with the values of integrity, accountability, fiduciary responsibility and an appreciation of cultural diversity. The program is anticipating students in Spring 2014.

“We are thrilled to partner with Paul Quinn College,” said Timothy Gilbert, President of Colloquy. “PQC is in a transformative phase under President Sorrell's leadership and what a privilege to be part of his vision to metamorphose Paul Quinn College into one of America's great small colleges.”

“Colloquy has vision just like we do,” said President Michael J. Sorrell. “We see the future of education, the power on the online classroom, and the strength of partnerships. Colloquy is an integral piece of our success plan and we are thrilled to be a part of the Kaplan family.”
