TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 31, 2013) - Probe Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE:PRB) ("Probe" or the "Company") announces that it has granted options to acquire a total of 867,500 common shares of the Company to employees, consultants, officers and directors at the exercise price of $1.55 per share for a period of five years, subject to vesting requirements.

Probe Mines Limited is a Canadian precious metals exploration company whose key asset is the Borden Gold Zone in Ontario, Canada. As of January 31, 2013, the Company had approximately $32 million in treasury and a portfolio of highly prospective mineral properties.
