("Sylogist" or the "Company") - (TSX-V:SYZ), is pleased to announce it has declared an increased quarterly dividend of 4.0 cents per share on Sylogist's Common Shares, which will be treated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of Income Tax Act (Canada). The dividend will be paid on December 14, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2012."Sylogist Is pleased to increase its quarterly dividend to $0.04, from $0.035 in the previous quarter, consistent with our historical practice of paying out over the year less than one-half of our expected annual operating cash flow" stated Jim Wilson, President and CEO.
