Primary Energy Recycling Announces Quarterly Dividend17:13 EST Thursday, January 17, 2013OAK BROOK, IL, Jan. 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Primary Energy Recycling Corporation (TSX: PRI) (Primary Energy or the Company) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of US$0.05 per Share.
