CALGARY, May 16, 2013 /CNW/ - Sylogist Ltd. (TSXV: SYZ) ("Sylogist" or the "Company"), a provider of enterprise application solutions to public and private sector customers,is pleased to announce it has declared a  dividend of 4.0 cents per share on Sylogist's Common Shares, which will be treated as an eligible dividend within the meaning of Income Tax Act (Canada). The dividend will be paid on June 12, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2013.
