Transat's Haiti Packages Now Available to Americans

09:18 EDT Tuesday, June 11, 2013

MONTREAL, June 11, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Transat, one of the largest integrated tourism companies in the world and leader in Canada's holiday travel industry, is pleased to announce that its new Haiti vacation packages are now available from the United States. Offered by the Transat Holidays USA subsidiary, this option allows American clients to experience Haiti, thanks to a unique program blending relaxation with discovery.

Inspired by the Transat Holidays offer in Canada, duo packages with departures from the United States combine the lively capital of Port-au-Prince with the magnificent beaches on the Côte des Arcadins. The vast selection of excursions and tours led by local guides are a great way to discover the country's natural, historical and cultural riches.

In addition to the seven-day packages, four-day options are also available and are ideal for those visiting friends and family in Haiti. Two meals per day are included, and flights are operated by scheduled airlines.

Transat first launched its Haiti vacation packages from Montreal in December 2012. This unique and innovative product is designed for the growing market of travellers who want to immerse themselves in an authentic and cultural supervised setting. Now American travellers can also live this enriching human experience and discover everything Haiti has to offer with Transat Holidays USA.
