Mackenzie Investments announces results of special meeting

TORONTO, Aug. 14, 2013 /CNW/ - Mackenzie Financial Corporation (Mackenzie Investments) announced the results of today's special meeting of investors of Mackenzie Saxon Microcap Fund.

Investors in this fund have approved the resolution to merge Mackenzie Saxon Microcap Fund into Mackenzie Canadian Small Cap Value Class (formerly Mackenzie Saxon Small Cap Class).

The merger is expected to be effective on August 16, 2013.
