Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend

ISELIN, N.J., April 25, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE:PFS) (the "Company") announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per common share payable on May 31, 2013, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2013. The cash dividend represents a 7.7% increase from the prior quarter's regular cash dividend of $0.13 per share.
