TORONTO, June 19, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson's Bay Company (TSX:HBC) announced that the nominees listed in its management information circular dated May 10, 2013 were elected as directors of HBC at the annual meeting of shareholders held earlier today in Toronto.
