CIBT Subsidiary to Establish Presence in California

Vancouver, British Columbia CANADA, June 05, 2013 /FSC/ - CIBT Education Group Inc. (TSX: MBA and OTCQX: MBAIF),("CIBT") is pleased to announce that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the English Centre of California Baptist University ("CBU") located at their campus in Riverside, California. This cooperation agreement is in addition to the global recruitment arrangement signed with CBU that was announced in CIBT's news release of May 27th, 2013. Under the cooperation agreement, CIBT's wholly owned subsidiary, King George International College ("KGIC"), will utilize its extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge in ESL (English as Second Language) training to recruit international students to enroll into CBU's ESL programs.

This cooperative venture will be beneficial for both parties. By tapping into the global education market, CBU will be able to add many international students to their ESL programs in order to prepare them for CBU's various academic programs, and KGIC will provide a variety of student services on the grounds of CBU's beautiful and sprawling campus.

About California Baptist University:

Founded in 1950, California Baptist University is a private comprehensive Christian university located in Riverside, California, with beautiful Spanish-style buildings on a 131-acre land 60 miles east of Los Angeles. CBU was ranked 38th under the "Best Universities - Master's West" category in the 2010 edition of "America's Best Colleges" by U.S.News & World Report.
