Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Silver Wheaton will hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders in the Mackenzie Ballroom of the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel, 900 Canada Place Way, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on May 21, 2013, at 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
