Having most recently served as general manager of the Four Corners Mine, Swager will now provide overall direction, guidance and day-to-day support for all of Mosaic's mining operations in Central Florida and joint ventures across the globe.

Swager has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility in both mining and manufacturing since she joined the company in 1994.
