NORWALK, Conn., April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Priceline.com® (Nasdaq: PCLN) announced today that it intends to hold a conference call to discuss its 1st quarter 2013 financial results on May 9 at 4:30 p.m. ET.  The event will be webcast live at http://ir.priceline.com and the audio will be available for replay on the website for seven days thereafter.

Priceline.com will post a release containing its 1st quarter 2013 financial results on the Company's Investor Relations website http://ir.priceline.com after market close on May 9.  The release will not be distributed over newswires.
