The comprehensive solution encompasses a complete mobile money platform, enabling services such as electronic top-up, mobile wallets, mobile banking, online payments, salary disbursements, peer-to-peer money transfer, micro finance, bill payment, payment at a merchant and airtime recharge.

Deployment across all affiliates which the mobile group operates is expected to deliver revenues in excess of US$12 million over the next three years. The first mobile money installations and revenues are expected to begin in the second half of eServGlobal's current financial year with further deployments taking place in the coming years.

Paolo Montessori, CEO, eServGlobal said, "We are delighted to be working with the world's leading mobile operator groups as they provide next-generation mobile financial services. Winning this contract was the result of a fiercely competitive selection process by this market-leading group, and eServGlobal's selection highlights our leading position in the mobile money industry.

"This announcement is significant both in terms of potential revenue and also validates the strategic product investments we have made on the back of our recent fundraising.

"As we focus on next generation mobile financial services which anticipate the needs of a rapidly evolving market, we are proud to be the source of solutions which enhance the lives of users across the world."

eServGlobal was chosen for this trans-affiliate implementation following a formal tendering and strict selection process by the group, based on the unmatched benefits and maturity of its field-proven solution, including a strong portfolio of customers across the Middle East and North Africa region.

eServGlobal currently provides airtime recharge solutions to several of the group operations, and this contract underlines the strategic importance of the Company's existing PayMobile footprint.
