General Mills Reaffirms Guidance

MINNEAPOLIS, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- In conjunction with participation today at the Citibank Global Consumer Conference in New York, General Mills (NYSE: GIS) said it is on track to achieve its key financial targets for the fiscal year ending May 2013.  The company reaffirmed guidance for 2013 adjusted diluted earnings per share of $2.66 - $2.68.  The company also reiterated guidance for fiscal 2014 of high single-digit growth in adjusted diluted earnings per share and increased cash returns to shareholders.
