HOUSTON, June 10, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanchez Energy Corporation (NYSE: SN) announced today that it has priced its private offering to eligible purchasers of $400 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.750% senior notes due 2021 at par.  The offering was upsized from the previously announced $350 million aggregate principal amount and is expected to close on June 13, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.
