DENVER (Business Wire) -- TeleTech Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), a leading global provider of technology-enabled customer engagement solutions, set up a temporary donation center at their headquarters in Englewood, CO to support the overwhelming response to yesterday's Colorado Flood Relief fundraiser. Current Denver Broncos Mitch Unrein and Ben Garland teamed with Broncos alumni Steve Foley, Reggie Rivers, Mike Harden and Le-Lo Lang, and 200 employee volunteers from TeleTech and neighboring companies to answer nearly 7,000 donation calls. The combined teamwork help brought in over $1 million dollars to support victims of the Colorado Floods.
One-hundred percent of the proceeds will go directly to the Colorado chapters of the American Red Cross and to Community Food Share. Callers had the option to choose whether to give to one or both organizations. “We are grateful for the support of the community,” said Gino Greco, CEO of the Mile High Region of the American Red Cross.
