GLENDALE, Calif. (Business Wire) -- DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), the parent company of Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar® and IHOP® restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.75 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2013 to the Company's stockholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2013.
