Actis Wunderman's Anya Sverdlov Tapped for Role as Operations Chief, Marketing Solutions Center

NEW YORK (Business Wire) -- Anya Sverdlovwilltake on the newly created role of SVP, Operations for Wunderman's Marketing Solutions Center (MSC) and relocate to New York in December. Currently, Sverdlov is managing director of Actis Wunderman in Moscow. In her new role, she will report to Andy Rutberg, president, Marketing Solutions Center.

Sverdlov has been tasked with ensuring that each of the Marketing Solutions Center's nine digital production hubs (Beirut, Buenos Aires, Cairo, Dhaka, Moscow, Johannesburg, Manila, New Delhi and Prague) are operating effectively and helping open new ones as demand increases.

Developed by Wunderman in 2012, MSC hubs maintain more than 1,000 websites and deploy tens of thousands of campaigns for clients like Microsoft, Ford, Novartis, Coke, AT&T, United, Best Buy, Colgate, Yum and T-Mobile. Marketing Solutions Center is a world-class marketing campaign, execution and production company designed to meet industry demand for rapid adaptation, deployment and optimization of creative content across digital, social, mobile and print.

Sverdlov has been with Actis since 2000, serving as its managing director since 2001. In that role she has transformed the agency's web design operation into a major creative force and the #1 digital production agency in Russia. She led several critical client engagements (Nokia, P&G and key Russian clients) and oversaw the agency's consulting, strategy and social media practices.

Fittingly, Sverdlov played a key role in establishing the Russian hub for the Marketing Solutions Center, one of its first and best performing. Based in Moscow, it has launched more than 60 Web or mobile sites and manages hundreds of updates.
