TORONTO (Business Wire) -- Boomerang Kids—North America's first kids' resale omni-channel retailer—has selected Hill+Knowlton Strategies Canada (H+K) to carry out its first public relations campaign in Toronto, with an opportunity to expand into other markets later this year.
