EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Aug. 27, 2013) - North American Energy Partners Inc. ("NAEP" or the "Company") (TSX:NOA)(NYSE:NOA) today announced the completion of its previously announced partial redemption of $141,920,000 of aggregate principal amount of the outstanding 9.125% Series 1 Senior Unsecured Debentures due 2017 (the "Notes"). As a result, the Company now has $75,000,000 of aggregate principal amount of Notes outstanding.
