TORONTO, Aug. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - In advance of the Toronto International Film Festival, RBC and TIFF will be announcing the winners of the 2013 RBC Emerging Filmmakers Competition at a dedicated news conference on September 4. The five finalists, alongside Jennifer Tory, RBC's regional president for Greater Toronto, and Piers Handling, director and CEO, TIFF, will be in attendance.
