Aircastle Announces Proposed Offering of $300 Million Aggregate Principal Amount of Senior Notes

STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today that it plans to offer an aggregate of $300 million principal amount of its senior notes due 2018 (the "notes").  Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of aviation assets.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
