STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 2, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) ("Aircastle") announced today the pricing of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior notes due 2018 (the "notes"). The notes were priced at par. Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of aviation assets.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
