Electus International Signs Multiple Deals With SPT Networks Russia for Distribution to the Commonwealth of Independent States and The Baltic States

Deals Total 63 Hours of Finished Tape for Shows Including The Hero, 72 Hours and Duck Commander

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Multimedia entertainment studio Electus, an operating business of IAC (NASDAQ: IACI) today announced that its global distribution arm, Electus International, has signed multiple distribution deals with Sony Pictures Television (SPT) Networks Russia for its channels in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and the Baltic States. The 63 hours of content will air on SPT channels in Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Select programming will also air in the Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

The following shows will air on SPT Networks channels within the Commonwealth of Independent States: -The Hero, Season 1 -72 Hours, Season 1 -Duck Commander, Seasons 1, 2 & 3 -Unsealed: Alien Files, Seasons 1 & 2 -Buck Commander, Seasons 1 & 2

The Hero, a reality competition series starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson challenges 10 competitors morally, physically and mentally to see if they have what it takes to be heroes. 72 Hours is an action-packed reality competition series that drops three competing teams of strangers into the wilderness, where they have three days to battle the elements and challenge the treacherous terrain to find the hidden briefcase full of cash. Buck Commander, hosted by Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson, chronicles current and former MLB stars Adam LaRoche, Ryan Langerhane, Tombo Martin, as well as country music stars Luke Bryan and Jason Aldean's lives outside of the spotlight as they embark on a series of outdoor activities. Duck Commander provides an up-close and personal, behind-the-scenes look at the Robertson family ? the stars of A&E's hit TV show, Duck Dynasty. Unsealed: Alien Files investigates recently-released documents regarding alien and UFO encounters, made accessible to the public in 2011 by the Freedom of Information Act.
