FARGO, N.D., April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Intelligent InSites, Inc., the leading provider of operational intelligence for healthcare, today announced that Health Insight Capital, a subsidiary of HCA (NYSE:HCA), has made an equity investment in Intelligent InSites.
As part of the agreement, Chuck Hall, President of HCA's National Group, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Intelligent InSites. Other terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
Intelligent InSites serves leading healthcare systems that are delivering better care and lower cost through the use of innovative technologies and continuous process improvement.
