International Northair Mines Ltd. (INM-X), which closed yesterday’s session almost 6 per cent higher, announced today assay results from four infill core holes recently completed in the Las Carolinas Zone of its La Cigarra silver project, located in north-central Mexico.

McEwen Mining Inc. (MUX-T), which was higher by 9 per cent at yesterday’s close, announced today an updated resource estimate for the El Gallo Complex in Sinaloa State, Mexico.

Belden Inc. (BDC-N) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to make an all-cash offer to acquire Miranda Technologies Inc. (MT-T) for $17.00 per share.

GuestLogix Inc. (GXI-T), which rose almost 4 per cent yesterday in moving closer to year highs, announced today the signing of a multi-year agreement with an airline that carries more than 125 million passengers annually. This agreement renews the airline’s use of the GuestLogix services and supersedes prior agreements held between the parties. No other terms were disclosed.

Castillian Resources Corp. (CT-X), which almost hit a year low of 3 cents yesterday, announced today that it has completed 4,316 metres of diamond drilling in 15 holes to finish the first phase of drilling in the 2012 exploration program at the Hope Brook Gold Project.Bankers Petroleum Ltd. (BNK-T), which lost 3.5 per cent and hit a year low of $1.84 on Monday, provided a technical and operational progress update.

QLT Inc (QLT-T), which is trading near a year high of $8.00, said all but one of the seven directors elected at the company’s annual general meeting on Monday were nominees of dissident shareholder NB Public Equity Komplementar ApS.

Pure Industrial Real Estate Trust (AAR.UN-X) announced an agreement to acquire a fully-leased, single-tenant, income-producing industrial property for a total purchase price of $8.25-million.

Largo Resources Ltd. (LGO-X), which is trading near a year low 22 cents, announced that it has initiated full scale construction activities at its Maracas Vanadium Project in Brazil.

Northquest Ltd. (NQ-X) said it has received the assay results from 16 reconnaissance reverse circulation drill holes from the Dar Salam Project, Mali, West Africa. No significant gold concentrations were documented in the drilling.

Pure Nickel Inc. (NIC-T), which is trading near year lows, announced an amendment to the agreement with CS Mining, LLC, and receipt of a $500,000 (U.S.) payment. The amendment to the agreement will not impact the company’s planned operations and programs for 2012.
