The current owner’s favourite haven is the theatre room at the rear of the unit. Many business confabs, elegant parties and casual gatherings have taken place there, says the executive. The room, with a view toward King Street, has a wet bar, home theatre system, drop-down screen and doors that open to a Juliette balcony. “It’s just a great, inviting space,” he says. “Speaking from a guy’s perspective, it’s the ultimate man cave.”
