COCO ROCHA

She may look vaguely like an alien, but that's the look du jour, don't you know. And, she's ours, born in Vancouver, which means we must show our support for the young Coco Rocha. Not that she needs our help. This month she graces the cover of three magazines: Glow, Elle Canada and Fashion. The supermodel is back, baby, and she's Canadian.

BEIJING Now that all the medals are handed out, can we talk about the real winner at the Olympics (besides McDonald's)? It's the fashion industry that scored gold. Designers such as Ralph Lauren and Ports 1961 secured free advertising by outfitting teams and commentators, and even Gucci and Prada got in on the athletic act, producing special collections to commemorate the occasion. Maybe they'll give Michael Phelps a free custom suit. Seriously, where does he find clothes that fit?

KIEHL'SOh, Brad Pitt, is there nothing you can't do? You act! You build houses in New Orleans! You father beautiful children! And now you're dabbling in the beauty industry, teaming up with Kiehl's to create Kiehl's Aloe Vera Biodegradable Liquid Body Cleanser. It's eco-friendly and benefits a green charity. And you're not even plastering your face all over the bottle. You're so humble.
