Blog master Adrian C. affectionately refers to his site as "the bastard lovechild of Miu Miu and Machiavelli" — a combination of fashion and 16th century Italian political philosophy? Um, yes please! Beauty is useless without the brains to back it up, we all know that.
In his welcoming mantra, Adrian playfully advises visitors to take his fashion offerings with a grain of salt and reminds you throughout your site-skimming by using salt shakers in both the logo and as an alternative rating system; Ashley Olsen definitely gets four and a half shakers for the Rick Owens jacket she rocked.
The site is complete with all of the regulars like shots of celebrities on the red carpet, nods to new spring collections, magazine reviews and links to other cool sites but it's the sleek and edgy design that separates it from the others and proves: a little salt does do wonders for flavour.
