The cryptic pronouncement came three days after Sajak tweeted the comment, “Very hot weather: ‘We’re all going to die!’ Very cold weather: ‘There’s a difference between climate & weather, moron!’”

On Tuesday, Sajak attempted to defuse the controversy with his tweet, “Sometimes it’s fun to poke a stick in a hornets’ nest just to hear the buzzing.”

Although Sajak has always kept his political views away from Wheel of Fortune, he’s allegedly a longtime supporter of the Republican party.

The rapper was approached in Paris this week by a fan who asked him to autograph a pair of his Nike Air Yeezy sneakers. As seen in an Instagram video of the encounter, West obligingly signs the footwear, but then tells the fan, “These are not real, though, These are not real. It’s fine, though.” The West sneakers, also known as “Red Octobers,” sold out in minutes when they were first released earlier this year.

DREAM TEAM

Hugh Jackman would love to see his character Wolverine join The Avengers. The Aussie actor said in a recent interview that his claw-fingered superhero, currently on-screen in X-Men: Days of Future Past, would be a natural fit for the squad that includes Captain America, Iron Man, The Hulk and Thor. “I would love to see him as part of The Avengers,” said Jackman. “Because there’s a great dysfunction among that team, and I think Wolverine would fit right into that. He’d like that.”
