The bottom line

At the risk of being hunted down by my beauty contemporaries and dragged through the streets with the word "sinner" written across my forehead in white zinc, I admit I'm lousy at applying sunscreen. Not if I'm pool- or beachside, mind you, but in day-to-day life, I very often (read: almost always) forget to apply any sort of SPF. To make matters worse, this season, in an attempt to solidify our commitment to health and to foster a collaborative relationship that extends beyond creating the ultimate bitchin' summer playlist on Spotify, the husband and I have been playing a lot of tennis, which means I've been in the sun a lot. This skin-saving product couldn't have arrived at a better time. I'll swipe it on before we head out and toss it in my bag. The deodorant stick-like application means it's really fast and easy to reapply, and it doesn't get my hands slippery or sticky. It has a lovely, light scent and is great for travel. I can't be entirely certain, but I suspect it has also improved my tennis game. Match point, Neutrogena.
