What are three tips you can offer aspiring MCC contestants?

Cook, cook and cook! Face all of your culinary fears before entering – if you’ve never baked, learn to bake. If you have never butchered a fish, go fishing; learn how to remove all those pin bones, because we’re going to ask you.
