2 cups black olives plus 2 tablespoons olive oil

Zest of 1 orange

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon crushed coriander seed

1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Method

Stir ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. (Can be done a day or more ahead.)
