Boozy float Add to ...

Next time you're debating whether to end your dinner party with a glass of cava or a scoop of sorbet, combine them in a boozy float.

  • Servings: 10

1 bottle sparkling wine

1 tub of ice cream, frozen yogurt or gelato

5 ounces liqueur or flavoured vodka

Method

Fill 10 chilled champagne flutes halfway with bubbly. Add 1 scoop frozen dessert to each glass. Top with ½ ounce of liqueur/spirit.
