Just about every A-list after-party is going to have two things in common this year: the Soho House rooftop patio and the Grand Goose, a deceptively light and bubbly drink. Modelled after the French 75, a classic champagne cocktail that was famous for its ability to "hit with remarkable precision," the drink has been updated with the addition of herbal and bitter elements and a hint of the cognac found in Grey Goose's new premium vodka.
Ingredients
2 ounces Grey Goose VX
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1 dash lemon bitters
4 ounces champagne
Method
Build the drink in a brandy snifter with cubed ice. Stir and garnish with one white grape.
